Fall update

Good morning! It has been such a long time since I've posted an update.

Work is super busy these days, but I'm enjoying it so much. Trent's job is still pretty hectic, but it's slowed down a little since the Google update.

We had a nice Halloween. The Red Cross hosted the sixth annual "Drain the Blood" drive with WARQ that day so I was at work for 13+ hours, but it was certainly worth it--the drive resulted in 163 units of blood! It's a new record for the drive. Halloween night, we stayed home and handed out candy. Sophie and Bella wore their Halloween shirts, but I forgot to take a picture of them, but I'm sure you can imagine how cute they looked.

I'm so thankful the weather has started to change to fall temperatures. Today is the last home football game for USC and Trent is going with his parents and Grace to the game. My mom came in town yesterday afternoon for a visit. Trent and I are joining Mt. Hebron UMC Sunday, and she decided to surprise us with a visit to attend the service Sunday, which is incredibly sweet. Trent's parents and Grace will be there, too, and it means so much to have some of our family members there for such a special occasion.

It astounds me that Christmas is less than two months away. We'll be decorating the house soon. We try to get a head start on Christmas since it has a tendency to sneak up on us.

Trent and I are serving on the Jaycees board of directors again next year. Trent will be the management VP and I'll be the individual development VP. We've really enjoyed being part of such a dynamic organization, and each year keeps getting better.

The girls are doing well. Sophie and Bella are inseperable and we're so glad they've always gotten along well.

We hope all of you are doing well, and we'd love to hear from you! Please feel free to leave us comments.

Have a wonderful weekend,
Jamie
